Billing

Hi there I was only able to download 3 apps and then it asked to verify or confirm my billing thing. Im trying to update my apps already on my phone and its not working is there a solution for this? I have preciously brought an app from the app store and its not allowing to get those apps neither. My phone is updated to IOS 12 and on the app store it wont allow me to download anything below IOS 12 or anything with IOS 12 some major issue going on here

Were you able to verify your billing information? If you can't verify that, you won't be able to buy/update anything.


If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
