IPhone XS not working 100% after water test

I tried taking pics inside the water. Just after 2 minutes my phones display came full white. After 2-3 hours later it became normal but the touch Is not working perfect and face detection is not working at all. Please let me know where can I get it done.

YES. But my XS didnt even go beyond 1 meter and not even 2 minutes too.
