How to restore a back up from iTunes to my new phone

I just recently got a new phone and I wanted to restore a back up to my new phone. I want to restore it through iTunes.

The bottom of the article you attached above explains how to restore an iTunes backup.

Be certain you are using iTunes 12.9 or later, as that is required to communicate to your new device.
