I backed up my old phone and I connected my new on to itunes and I can click on the restore from back up I found the backup file on Mobilesync folder how can I get my stuff back on to itunes

If you can't remember the password for an encrypted iTunes backup, then you can't use that backup at all.

Click on restore from backup.
