Subscription paid for and active but won’t work

I have recently paid for deezer premium subscription through apple i tunes and the subscription is active in itunes settings but not active in the actual application I’ve already contacted Deezer but they’ve referred me to you science they don’t have accsess to look at iTunes information.User uploaded file
