deezer subscriptions

Hi, I have a problem with Deezer subscription. iTunes took the money from the account but in the application Dezeer it’s still status of Deezer free. on Deezer support said to contact with iTunes support. What should I do? It’s really irritating because I can’t use something what i paid for.
