Have logged out, restarted, reset passwords, inputted two factor security, all information inputted correctly multiple times and the Apple TV will not log me in. Any help?

You have to do things differently when using an older model. The password and code need to be entered together as one and there is a time limit. To make the best use of that time request the code after the password has been entered
