iPhone 7 speaker not working

People can’t hear me during phone calls, and the speaker button is all grey and unavailable. Siri is not working because she can’t hear me.. any suggestions? I have tried to reboot and restore

If still unresolved, then your device has a hardware failure and needs to be serviced.
