Can I delete a single frame easily?

OK, but where do I click on the frame? On the Timeline or in the video window with the current displayed frame?

I'm only asking for specifics because I've tried that and sometimes my clip gets deleted and I don't want to delete my clip, just the frame that I currently have on view.

Klaus, suffice it to say I have no idea what you are talking about. I have read and re-read your post and have tried what you say, but it really makes no sense at all. I think you obviously misunderstand my question. And again I will say, completely negates my originaly wanting to know; HOW CAN I SIMPLY DELETE ONE SINGLE FRAME AS EASILY AS I CAN DO IN QUICKTIME PLAYER PRO? (In QT Player, you can simply cut [Apple-C] a single frame wherever the play head is.)
In iMovie it just doesn't work that way. I have found that I must use the play head and then use the A+B scrubbers to highlight a portion of my clip. Doing so this way is a royal pain just to delete one single frame. In addition, you go even further away from what I want to do by suggestion I use the crop (Apple-K) function. Which if I were to use cropping, would delete everything BUT the single frame that I want to delete in the first place.

I don't think that is the simplicity I was looking for. In order to highlight, I sitll need to invoke the crop markers. And Apple-K crops everything outside of the highlighted area, which is almost exactly opposite of what I was trying to do in the first place.

I really just wanted a simple way to delete a single frame where ever the Playhead sits. Thanks for your help though.

I think he mean that the playhead arrove is at the point of the frame on diaply in the viewing window. This is what I was talking about earlier. Now if you are in clip view and hit delete, that whole clip will be deleted which is exactly the opposite of what the question here is about.

Klaus, no worries. I appreciate your trying. Ben did seem to explain in a way that makes sense to me. It still s*cks that cutting or deleting a single frame is no where near as easy in iMove as it is in the QT Player. Btw, the A/B scrubbers I'm talking about are detailed in iMovie's help section. Perhaps I used the wrong term for them, maybe "crop markers" are the correct term. (copied & pasted exactly below):

To select part of a clip:
Select the clip by clicking it in the Clips pane, clip viewer, or timeline viewer.
Drag the playhead (A, shown above) to where you want your selection to begin.
Place your pointer (B, shown above) just below the playhead, and then drag to the right to include the footage you want to select.
The gold portion of the scrubber bar (shown below) highlights the footage you've selected.

To precisely adjust the length of your selection, click a crop marker (shown below) to select it, and then press the Left or Right Arrow key to move the crop marker one frame at a time. To move the marker in ten-frame increments, hold down the Shift key while pressing the arrow key.
