scx-4100 Samsung Priinter driver

I have read all of the backdated posts about using the 4500 and the 4200 drivers. However, I am not certain that those things ever worked for them. I saw no responses. I have tried them with my mini dual core intel and they have not worked. I have tried the postscript generics, the 4500 and 4200 and several of the other Samsung and types of drivers. I guess if all this did not work, am I up a creek.

For my scx-4100, I use the drivers I originally installed with my Sansung ML-1710, if I remember correctly.

At the time, I downloaded both of the drivers I found on the samsungusa.com site. Honestly, I did the "shotgun approach" and installed both of them at the same time. And they work. Sadly, they don't providing scanning support, but printing support is all there. I've since connected it to my network via a cheap USB print server, but that has been the biggest pain in the __. Keep it connected locally, and it should be fine.

I saved the driver installers offline for backup (in case they go missing from samsung's site) the file names are:
20040714091617593_SPL2.dmg
20040507135441656 SPLV2.5.sit

I bet if you did a search for them on samsunusa.com's support section, you could find them. If not, let me know and we'll work out some way to get them to you.
