iTMS asks for password every time I open iTunes

Since I upgraded my songs to the new format, every time I open up iTunes (7.2), it asks me to enter my password. It's never done that before. What's it doing, and how can I turn that off?

hopkapi,

It's the plist file in the Download folder that's the culprit.

I was having the constant password request problem and solved it by deleting the plist file as suggested by echobucket.

Before I deleted it, I opened it with Property List Editor and found that it contained a reference to one of my upgraded songs that had been problematic to download.

It took several days for this particular track to finally download. It did finally download but was left on the to do list in that preference file.
