New York Times pages won't load

New York Times pages fail to load in Safari or Firefox. This behavior has been ongoing for several days and is annoying.

I wonder if this is a result of the last security update? It seems to have appeared since I installed it from Software Update.

Just started using the 3.0.3 of Safari, and found this same problem with not being able to load www.nytimes.com, but for some bizarre reason brings up my e-mail program with a blank compose window. But Firefox 2.0.6 will load it fine, and the funny thing is that Safari will load nytimes.com with no problem. If the problem were a DNS issue am puzzled as to why firefox would work, but safari would not. Any ideas???
