Syncing error 13014

Hi....I just did the new update for iTunes and when it was finished I tried to sync my iPhone 3G and I keep getting the message, "The iPhone cannot be synced. An unknown error occurred (13014). Any suggestions? Thanks.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.5), iPod 160gb, iPhone 3G

I got it to go away for a bit.. but now it is back. I upgraded when the new iTunes version came out.. got the sync error. Reinstalled itunes, problem went away. I've rebooted my phone and computer since then, but now problem is back. Any word from apple yet?

If you're seeing this problem, re-download the iTunes 8.0.1 installer from itunes.com. Run the installer, reboot, and see how it does from there.

If iTunes is still giving you fits after that, feel free to come back and post, and I'll help you figure out what's going on.
