How do I put a movie on my site with iWeb?

(This is reposted here at Alancito's suggestion. Are there some iWeb '08 tricks which will allow me to do this...?)
_______________

I'm trying to have a "before and after movie" on my site. (It's a simple graphic made with AppleWorks Draw, showing the mess before using our service ... and then the solution afterwards.)

I want visitors to my site to see the Before image for about 3 seconds, followed by the After image for another three seconds. And I want this to cycle this way continuously ... and automatically.

I'm using iWeb 1.1.2. (Oh! And the reason I use a Mac is I am averse to technical stuff; I just want it to WORK.)

Alancito helped me with this over at <http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?messageID=9513268#9513268>, but it seems I may need to upgrade to '08.

Yes? No? Other suggestions?

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.4.11)

That makes 2 of us. Me to, I have no clue why it makes a difference as on my computer it works all the time.
But on a friends computer, he had the inspector greyed out for an animated gif on a page that already had several QT slide shows.
When we dragged the ani gif on a new blank page, we were able to set the inspector.
We copied the ani gif into the existing page and then the inspector was still accessible.

Why ? I don't know.

Kind regards,
Leo
