Iphone sync error 13019?

This works!
Uncheck the Voice Memos under the Music tab and you won't get that message.

I have the same problem, tried all things mentioned here (except the hard reset). The problem carried over from a 1G iPod touch that i restored to my 3GS.

Disabling "fill empty space with music" resolved the problem it appears, but I suspect the real cause is that option syncs one or more songs which are the actual cause of the problem, considering I had 130197 before I started using the fill option.

Now I'm going to comb out any missing ⚠ files and see if that brings thing back to normal.

i had the same problem 'Unknown error 13019' when syncing. i was going to unsync my music but noticed that, next to some of the tracks in the Music folder on the left hand side panel, i had an exlamation mark shown. I deleted each track that i had with this mark and i synced again. Problem solved!!!! N need to restore or unsync all my Music.

Indeed the missing files seem to be the culprit. I used the method here:

to find missing files, and removed all the ones with music (I've got movies on an external drive). Now I can use "fill empty space" as it was intended.

Same error, cleaning out missing files using the instructions from Arru fixed the problem straight away.

Something else going on for me. Same error, only when telling iTunes to fill space with music. I have no missing tracks, and am not syncing voice memos. What next to try...

I don't know what to try next, have tried all suggestions here but still get the 13019 error every time. Very annoying.

for some reason I can't seem to remove my music from the iphone....

Mine seems to be OK now I've upgraded to iTunes 9.0.1. Touch wood...

i had this problem aswell,
and one thing i did which i was suprised about
being so simple was just to delete any voice memos
from your itunes or movies.

Here's weird:

I tried all the checking/unchecking. I tried creating a new admin account and syncing to an empty iTunes library as in http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2830 - all of it produced the same error. Finally, I recorded a voice memo (a feature I don't normally use), checked the sync voice memos box, and synced away. No more error, also didn't see the voice memo, but don't care. Deleted the voice memo on the phone, left the sync voice memos box checked, and synced again. No error.

Oh - I am on a Mac, but you Windows guys seem to be most active on this.

Apple - please fix the sloooooow sync reintroduced with iTunes 9.

Nevermind. Back to the 13019 error again.

The same for me. Deselect automatic music sync. Start Sync without music. Everything fine. At last music synce reaktivate.

Your suggestion fixed my problem.

I did the unsync all music then sync it all back again, only to still get the 13019 error.

Looked at the two voice memos I have and realized I had added a Genre tag to them (of Voice Memo). Cleared the Genre tag and the 13019 error went away.
