Iphone sync error 13019?

Ever since I upgraded to iTunes 8.2 I've been having issues synching. It will copy photos, ringtones, etc, but at some point says that iTunes could not sync "Error 13019".
(reposting in the appropriate forum)

Searching resulted in nothing.

Now my playlists on the phone are wiped out, oddly enough the music is there, but it doesnt show up on the phone. If I connect it to iTunes, it shows the music and the playlists as being there.

I did a reinstall of iTunes and chose a restore from back up, neither has worked.

Anyone else run into this?

For just syncing my 2 star and above music it was working fine. If I added my un-rated music I'd get the above error. To fix, as everyone says - I would unsync all the music, and resync my 2-star and above music. But if I added the extra "unrated" folder it went bad again.

So there seems to be an error in the database, fixed by unsyncing those items and then resyncing.
See: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2830 for that minor error.

But there is another error caused by a problem files, which won't be fixed by just resyncing.

In summary, after reading through this thread, these things help find the culprit item:
. minor errors - just unsync music, resync music
. remove song with exclamation mark (on left of title)
. remove song with exclamation mark in the name
. rename voice memos back to the original names (no comments etc!)
... or just try removing voice memos
... and unclick "sync voicememos"
. I had a pdf file in a playlist
. I had to UNclick "sync music videos" - not sure what was wrong in my video (yet)
. out of date podcasts
. someone mentioned their problem was in the PHOTOS, not music

Hope that helps someone

edit: Resynced music videos (I only have 3). It shows successful sync, but I can't find the music videos in the iPhone anywhere.

I made a recording using the new Voice Memos in OS 3.0 and had no problems for a
day doing multiple syncs until I changed the name of that recording in iTunes
and then could not get a completed sync. I deleted the file and it sync'd just
fine.

I know for a fact that this was my problem as well. I suddenly found my voice memos in iTunes, listened to them (they were named with date and time only) to find out what they were, and renamed them. The very next sync I started to get the 13019 sync error.

The same procedure as described by others does indeed fix it (I didn't delete nor rename the memos), I just did this:

1) Uncheck "Sync Music"
2) Press "Syncronize"
3) Check "Sync Music" back on
3) Press "Syncronize" (and wait..)

Fixed!

A problem I have notice that causes a 13019 error is RENAMING a voice memo inside iTunes. The names must be coded in a special way because even if you try and change the time on a voice memo it still errors back.

No real solution other than to untick it from being synced. All I can say is leave the naming conventions of voice memo to iPhone.
