Help Unknown Error 13019

This error is fixed by doing the following...

Step 1) Delete ALL music from your iPod
Step 2) Resync all music
Step 3) Enjoy

If the Sync Music box is already selected, deselect it, apply. Then reselect it and apply again. All your music should sync without error after that.

I looked at your response and your solution to the 13019 Error.

I have an Ipod Touch with the new software aswell as the new iTunes. I tried deleting the Voice Memos from My playlists, music sync tab and from the Ipod itself but every time i Sync I still get the same error!

Am I doing something wrong or missing a step?

i tried deselecting "include voice memo". that didn't work. i then tried deselecting "include music video" and "automatically fill free space with songs". that did the trick, which is odd since i don't have any music videos on my iTouch.

Now try to sync your iPhone and see if it works. If it does, there is obviously a problem with your Voice Memos. Email them to yourself from the iPhone using the Share option so that you don’t lose any data. You can then delete the Voice Memos from the iPhone and iTunes.

This problem can also be caused by corrupt music, applications, podcasts, etc. You may need to track down which type is causing the issue by disabling each data type to see which one is causing the issue.

This error has occurred every single time the last 20x I tried to sync my iPod (no joke!)

One theory was that there are songs the iPod is not authorised to play and therefore is causing an error when trying to sync.

Syncing your iPod without the music first is a good place to start.
