I have this error every time. I don't have voice memos - I only have 3 small apps and 14gb of music (on a 32gig 3G touch) but whenever I sync it gives this error. The only way I can sync is to wipe everything and start again. This takes about 30 mins. I have to allow the ipod to manage the music in order to use Genius mixes which I really like - but error 13019 is the price I have to pay. When is Apple going to sort this???

For the ipod touch.
If you have "entire music library" checked to sync in the music tab, uncheck this and check "selected playlists, artists and genres" then uncheck "include music videos" and "include voice memos" then apply.
Once it has synced, check "entire music library" again and it will put all of the music back onto your ipod.. 😀 done man.

I had the same error message come up on my iphone 3Gs. I got the message to go away by removing the latest song that was not supported by itunes! what i noticed when i tried to sync is that accepted programs will be synced but the unaccepted ones will not be. Try to remove anything that has an unknown in the title and see if it fixes it for you.
