i made 3 photo's on my ipod touch and it worked again. so maybe you should try that. i hope i helped.

Make sure that there are no " ! " next to any files then try to sync again. This fixed my problem.

Thank you soooooooo soooooo sooooooo much. I am still a bit confused as to why this worked as I have and Ipod Touch and you cannot record memos so i therefor ehad none. ? How peculiar!
