Same issue for me. I'm also unable to connect to any WiFi networks. I can turn on WiFi (Settings -> WiFi -> On), but the iPhone is not actually able to find any networks, so none of the troubleshooting tips at this link are any useful (

I've already attempted to Reset Network Settings, Reset All Settings, restore from iTunes -- nothing works.
I've even tried to manually join the WiFi networks, but I get an error indicating that the phone is unable to scan for networks. My MBP finds these networks just fine, and the iPhone WAS able to until this update occurred.
Though, my issues seem to have started with the MMS update:
