UK Pre-order - "Shipped By" or "Delivered By"??

So, I pre-ordered my iPad, an O2 micro-sim and a case at 12.22am on the 10th May.

I notice my order status says "Estimated shipping by May 28th", so I phoned Apple to enquire as to whether I could expect delivery on the 28th.

The rep told me that some orders show "estimated delivery by May 28th" and some show "estimated shipping by May 28th"

Now, if it means they're not going to ship my iPad before the 28th..then I'm not too pleased!!

So the question is...does anyone in the UK's order status say "delivered by May 28th"??

Update on apple website showed TNT tracking number phoned TNT's 0800 number and was put through to international deliveries, a very nice lady there told me my parcel would be delivered on Thursday the 27th. I will be interested to see if it arrives on Thursday or if it will be suddenly delayed until Friday, but at least I know it's nearly here.

I phoned TNT 0800 number and spoke to a very nice lady today too 🙂 She guessed my enquiry was regarding an iPad 😉 Her advice? Try tomorrow online and if no luck ring her back.

If they are, hopefully they'll get the tracking numbers sorted out so we'll stop calling them :P
It would be interesting to see how many calls they've had regarding these ''shipped" iPad orders though.

Tally me up for "Shipped Via UPS on the 22nd of May" and still no tracking advice yet.

i ordered the Case/Dock/Camera Kit as well and it appears to be in three packages with the camera kit and dock in one. im guessing this is holding things up a bit.

if i don't have it by Friday ill cry, took me ages to arrange a day of to be in for the UPS man

Sorry, as I said first line of my post www.TNT.com then select United States and enter the consignment number, which is on your Apple order status page.

pre ordered mine on the 17th may and theve still not taken any money out of my bank and mine just says not shipped yet.delivered by june 7th..i'm getting a little concerned because they've not even taken my money.I know i'm at the back of the pack for deliveries but a email would be nice of apple.

To say what? 'We haven't taken your money, and that your iPad will be delivered by 7 June'?
I don't think anyone got an email till the '.... your order has been shipped one'.
