How did you get this information? My UPS information just says billing information received.

Nice picture, so how did you get your tracking number? Mine looks like a UPS number. Are apple sending via UPS and TNT?

YAY! Mine has been updated on both mine and my dads orders. Both of them say next destination is where we live! So pleased we will have it for Friday, good luck to all of you and hope your iPads will ship in time! I'm pretty sure they will ! 🙂

Yes both ups and tnt - the tracking number is at the top of your Apple order form a 9 digit number - hope that helps...

My TNT tracking number has updated, it now shows two items against the consignment number , one for a package delivered to Athens and now my iPad.

If you have your email try the TNT website http://www.tnt.com/express/en_gb/site/home.html

Make sure you select international deliveries and try entering the reference number sent in the email from apple or use the consignment number from the order screen from the US apple account web pages (make sure you select reference number of consignment number on the TNT Website)

Mine's updated too to now include my town as the destination but it shows the pick up date being May 26. Pick up from where? China? I hope not given it shipped on May 24.

I have a theory:

1. The WiFi only devices are already in the UK (and have been for a while) and therefore are using UPS (UK) to deliver. Hence no issue with them getting the items on the 26th for delivery on the 28th.

2. The WiFi+3G models are not in the country but are coming direct from China due to late production, hence the different shipping - TNT.

Ian, its a good theory but my ipad is a 3G model and its being shipped by UPS.
It would be good to know when it got into the country though.

the shops get both models last friday according to my mate who works in one

Sorry to say I think your theory is wrong, i've ordered the 3G model and is coming via TNT and says picked up today.

I think TNT are handling national orders only, hence picked up today in the UK ready to be delivered.

I think those coming straight from China are being handled by UPS

Another theory:

iPads with certain accessories are being assembled in the Netherlands and going one route. iPads in common combinations came pre-assembled from China and have taken the other route.

another possible theory:

the ones that were made a week or so ago are already in the country and being delivered by ups - which is why they have not yet been picked up.

the ones that have only just been made are being shipped direct from china by tnt - which is why they were picked up a couple of days earlier.

I wonder if you are correct,
I have two carriers, TNT (accessories) and UPS (iPad)
On the TNT tracking, it simply says, to be delivered soon to my destination!
On the UPS tracking it states, 'Billing information received', and that's it.
