No white iphone 4?

Tell us something we do not know! By reading the whole of this thread all I get is When can we get White Iphone 4? but NO specific answer!!!!!!

Apple has to appologise to all people who has been waiting for the white one and they need to tell us the date when the Iphone 4 white will be available.

They know some people would not wait for the White one, so they once they sold as many black ones they will start selling the white one.

I am trying to convince myself that the white one is ugly! 🙂

I agree with you Kiki, I have done the same, ordered the black one! As you said that is their plan. The think we will then get rid of our black one to buy white, which some people will probably do.

I like the white one when the screen is on, but somehow when the screen is black it does not seam to be as smart.

you know, we gotta keep saying these things to make us believe that we made the right choice joining the "dark side" lol (just had make a star wars reference).

but either way, i'm sure that whichever colored phone we chose had the two choices been present we would've been content in the end. so i'm not gonna kill myself because i didnt get the white phone, cuz there's always two years later (unless apple decides to continue this shenanigan in 2012, lol)

It's interesting that the store is back down. I keep hoping they'll bring us the white each time!

If you want it that bad, just wait for it to become available, or on information on how you can get it. That's what I'm doing.

Hahaha you are right, I can not wait to get it, it will be worth it, ether colour. I think it is just a mental thing now, coz I know I can not have the white one, the more I want it! Damm!! haha

store is back up, still no white phone 😟

After some reading, it seems it really has been delayed until later this Summer. Has anyone tried calling the Apple Store to find out when it will be available?

Sorry for the triple post, but I had a thought. It would've been hilarious if Apple would've made the white version available for pre-order through their new Apple Store iOS App exclusively. That would've been genius.

Just got off the phone with Ariel at Apple after waiting 30 mins on hold 🙂 she stated that A. You cannot upgrade to the iPhone 4 if you are on a family plan with AT&T online and that you actually have to go to a store to do that (if anyone cares) and B. That they are trying to get the "kinks" worked out for the white iPhone and that it should be fixed sometime this week. I have no idea what this means but it ***** since I am just like a lot of others that are selling their phones in hopes of getting a white one and now waiting. I guess we'll see what the day/week brings

Your wording is slightly confusing. So with a family plan, you can't do it on AT&T's site? Or You can't do it on Apples site?

Sorry, you cannot do it on either site. I tried AT&T but all it showed was older iPhone models, and then called Apple and asked why I couldn't do it on Apples site either and that was the response I got. An AT&T rep said the same thing in live chat. You would think with four releases of the iPhone they would have this down by now.

what a bummer. took me this long to finally decide to bail on verizon for an iphone and now they won't sell it to me. my gripe is less about it not being available and more about them not telling anyone until the pre-order page goes up. when the at&t memo came out saying no white for launch, apple fans on other forums were commenting how it must be at&t's lack of preperation, but honestly they (and some other european retailers) handled it much better than apple did. for such a good company, this move lacks class and tact. this may be a supply and demand ploy to boost end of summer sales, but i can see some people going to droid on principle alone.

the best way to rectify this is at least give your customers and idea when it'll be available ASAP.
