iOS4 update - now iPhone now reboots during phone call

After about 4 or 5 mins in a phone call my iPhone 3GS reboots itself for no apparent reason. this did not happen before I put the iOS4 update on it. Is the some way I can stop this happening, or revert back to the previous version?

My 16GB 3GS reboots too, it drove me and my girlfriend nuts last night. I need a phone to work and be 100% reliable. It was before now it isn't.

Yes someone in the thread did - but only because they put iOS4 back on it. If you stick with 3.1.3 you should be OK.

Hello to everyone, same problem for me (Italy). Since I updated to IOS4 (never jb) my 3GS 32gb reboot during calls every 8-9 min.
I use my iphone for business!
Apple must solve this big problem.

Did anybody tried to use the delete function on the 3GS and then reload iOS4.0?

Mine is doing exactly the same, It keeps cutting off, or not ringing at all and ALWAYS CRASHING!!!!
