iOS 12.1.1 Notification Issue (badge)

After update to iOS 12.1.1 (iPhone6) - the notification badge number - doesn't disappear of Settings icon.

There is no new notifications inside of settings. I checked everything properly.

Sign out from your Apple ID, restart your iphone, then sign in to Apple ID again.
