in a recycled logic template, how do i eliminate old, unneeded file information that is slowing down, opening, saving, and exporting?
prior to learning about the template function i simply had a file i would use as my own template and then save it under a different name once produced. it is now saved as an actual template. I produce sermons for a christian radio station and my template is essentially a music bed broken into two pieces and spaced perfectly apart for the 25 minute program portion to be inserted between, with also very specifically places volume automation to accommodate lower music volume when i insert specific intros and outros. although there certain files are no longer present in the actual template or productions that follow, the sermon file from which i did my original spacing for time and such still shows present when loading up, saving, or exporting. it slows down everything processing what i assume to be background, no longer necessary or relevant information. does anyone know how to eliminate all this excess unneeded information that seems to be accumulating in my template without going through the hassle of creating a new template?
