HomePod phone call and sprint WiFi calling issue

Whenever I try to make a call using my HomePod it will not let me hear the other person if my iPhone is on sprint WiFi calling. Is this a problem that can be fixed? If I take the phone off WiFi calling it works but I need my iPhone on WiFi calling for better service

Can’t make calls on HomePod Minis after upgrading to new iPhone After upgrading from an iPhone 6s to an iPhone 13 Pro I had been unable to make calls on any of my HomePod Minis. All devices were up to date and rebooted more than a few times while trouble shooting the problem. Apple Support was just about to have me pack up my devices and take them to an Apple store when I discovered the solution. I had to disable Personal Requests on the HomePods in the home app and then re-enable the setting. Apparently it was not updated during the transfer from old phone to new. It was still trying to service requests through the old device. Hopefully this will help others.

I can connect to homepod for music, but it isn't connecting to my cell calls. Not sure if there is an issue with my phone or if it is with the Homepod. I've tried resetting the Homepod, resetting network settings on my phone, etc. Everything was working fine all week; just today I can't connect on voice calls.

Judging by other threads it seems that HomePod doesn’t work well when Wi-Fi calling is enabled at this time. Use Feedback - HomePod - Apple to let Apple know you’d like them to do better.

Thanks! I called apple and let them know. They said they has approximately 20 other calls about this same issue and the engineers should start working on it. They said it may take a few updates to have the problem fixed.
