I can connect to homepod for music, but it isn't connecting to my cell calls.

Not sure if there is an issue with my phone or if it is with the Homepod. I've tried resetting the Homepod, resetting network settings on my phone, etc. Everything was working fine all week; just today I can't connect on voice calls.

Yes to both, but problem solved (at least for now) by resetting my router. Should have thought of that earlier but everything was connecting to the internet; just not voice.
