Birthday Verification

Hello Dear I need your Help please or i will have a heart attack.

*** this is my apple id/icloud account and yesterday my phone requested apple id password and i typed incorrect and then to reset my password it redirected me to iforgot.com and when i dial my mail it needs birthday verification, unfortunately this is very old mail and i dont remember what birthday i inputed maybe i put different birthday by mistake. Other all info i maybe remember how to reset pasword securiaty questions and etc. Please help me this is my phone i bought it recently and i need help ! I have access on this current yahoo.mail also and phone belongs to me with every document.
