Macbook Air Keyboard malfunctioning after getting wet with water

My MacBook Air keyboard with latest IOS software got wet with water. i am facing two problems with it now+

1. It boots only with the power connected but battery disconnected. motherboard and hard disk are working fine. After shutdown the same process has to be followed i.e. disconnecting battery and starting with charger plugged in.
2. Many keyboard keys give multiple characters like pressing w will give ewy, d will give dhs etc. and certain keys are giving different functions like pressing alt key will move the cursor forward etc.

Any suggestions to fix these problems will be appreciated.
