Having trouble when I plug my ipod into my laptop and it brings up my playlists. I'm getting two playlists. One that already on my ipod and the playlists that I create manually. When I plug into the laptop its not updating anything on my ipod. I've done everything it shows to do to correct the problem but it's not working. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED before I head to APPLE STORE.
