Last night my macbook pro 2015 upgraded automatically to 10.14.2. I could log in from lock screen, but i couldn't after restart. I use FileVault.
I've changed the password, but still couldn't login. I've changed it one more time but without any special characters like ?@! and then it started to work again. Is it some bug or it just does not work for me?

I just contacted support.
On the login screen my keyboard was set to US after the update, but on the login screen you also can change it back to the correct layout.
On the top right of your login screen you'll see a small keyboard, change to the correct layout (this changed setting will also be active after restart).

What is your keyboard layout?
It seems that there have been cases where the keyboard layout changes to US at the login window, and if your password uses characters that are located different in your preferred layout, this could happen.
I have the same problem (macbook pro 2017, Azerty keyboard).
My work around (until Apple solves the bug):
On the login screen you have to use the Qwerty keyboard layout for pasword entry, after you login the keyboard has the Azerty layout.
It seems to be a bug introduced by the 10.14.2 update.
