Saving a screenshot in Mojave directly to an arbitrary place and name

With the Grab app, it was simple to capture part of the screen and save it to wherever I wanted with whatever name I wanted (File->Save). WIth the new Screenshot app in Mojave there does not seem to be a way to do that as directly--I'd rather not save it with the default name to the default place and then have to move and rename it. Is there a way to do this more directly as with Grab?
