New Mojave Screenshot app - change file name and save location?

Hello - how do I change the file name of my screenshot before saving? I loved the ease of saving a specific file name in a specific location with the Grab tool, and am really frustrated with these changes. Thanks!

Saving a screenshot in Mojave directly to an arbitrary place and name With the Grab app, it was simple to capture part of the screen and save it to wherever I wanted with whatever name I wanted (File->Save). WIth the new Screenshot app in Mojave there does not seem to be a way to do that as directly--I'd rather not save it with the default name to the default place and then have to move and rename it. Is there a way to do this more directly as with Grab?

Mac Screenshot, how to save as when you shoot it? I can take screenshots, but then have to go to the desktop, to change the name. Is there a way to shoot it and save as, it on a MacBook pro?

How do I get to Screenshot app "Options" in Mojave to change where grabs are saved? https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201361 implies one can simply open the app and the options are available. However, when I open the app it immediately gives me a capture box and everything else on the screen is grayed out and there is no obvious way to click on "Screenshot" for any menu which might include "options" or "settings." I want to change where images saved. There must be a way to change that.

In the new Screenshot options (Command + Shift + 5), choose Preview, then you can save it anywhere using any name in any format.
