Safari Cannot Load Because of a Problem

Hi there - my computer is several years old and Safari has always just been fine. Last night it quit and then will not open anymore. I have tried opening in safe mode, but still won't work. Please see below for issue log:

Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.
