safari cannot be opened

My safari app on my MacBookPro (model- MacBookPro12,1) was working fine this morning, then when I tried loading another page it stopped working.

When I try opening it now, it brings up a problem report saying: error message

library not loaded: /usr/lib/libcrypto.35.dylib

just wondering if anybody has had this issue and could help out!

Macbook (2015 or later)

Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.
