Cannot send mms

iPhone XS will not send mms. I have tried all the suggestions. Restarting, taking out the sim,

even resetting all settings. Why?..

New 2020 iPhone SE unable to send MMS messages Hi all, I have rebooted, updated iOS, updated carrier settings, reset network settings (rebooted again), removed and added contacts, sent only to phone number, and I cannot get this phone to successfully send MMS messages. I have tried several numbers and it is always the same problem: the phone receives MMS but does is incapable of sending MMS.
