Cannot Find The Entire List Of Ringtones On iTunes - That Are Listed On My Phone

All the ringtones that are on my iPhone aren't appearing on my iTunes on my MacBook Pro. I've tried everything. I've searched for answers but I cannot find any helpful answers. I need help because it driving me crazy!!!! Thank you for your consideration and time.

See Create and manage ringtones in iTunes - Apple Community and Managing apps with iTunes 12.7 or later - Apple Community. Tones are no longer managed within the iTunes library. Your previously added tones may still be in the Tones folder within your media folder. If you have custom tones on the device that are not in the library then you want to extract them from the device's raw file system using a third party tool.
