my Apple ID is blocked

Hey. I have a problem with Apple ID. 1. Because of unknown reasons, I am not included in the Apple Music family subscription. 2. When downloading an application, it says that my Apple ID is blocked. what to do?

Were you invited to join the Apple Music subscription?


Apple ID is locked or disabled




If you have changed your password, have you followed the steps in this article?




What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support     




If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
