Aperture 3.6 with MacOS Mojave, version 10.14.2 - some photos lost.

Hi, today I opened Aperture 3.6 and some photos are lost. Projects are still on the list, but some projects are 100% empty, some are partly empty. Also can't find lost photos outside of projects. I can't find any date or other pattern of lost photos.

I am running Aperture 3.6 with MacOS Mojave, version 10.14.2. I have made several restarts and Aperture "library repair database" - still nothing.

Hope someone can give help or tips.
