Accidentally downloaded fake Adobe Flash

Last night I stupidly downloaded a fake Adobe Flash player to my Mac thinking it was real. I immediately deleted my cache and cookies, as well as the applications downloaded and the profile it created on my computer. I also ran a scan with Malwarebytes. What else should I do to try and make sure my computer is safe? I was able to restore Google as my homepage and search bar, but whenever I open a new tab on Chrome it comes up as this fake Google. How can I sure make my computer is normal again?
