Apple Music for Artists

I've been approved for my artist account but when I sign in it says "request access". When I do, it says I'm already approved and to contact the administrator. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue? The help link brings me to a 404 page. Thank you in advance.

music wont work my Apple Music won’t let me play music. When I click on music it pops up a tag to ask me my plans then says, “you are already an Apple Music member. I’m signed in and it still won’t work!

I keep getting an error saying certain songs can't be played as I am not signed in to Apple Music I am definitely signed in, I can see my account when I go to 'view my account'. I can't seem to get past this, no matter how many times I enter my password. Any advice please?

Kindly call AppleCare and request to be transferred to iTunes Store support for them to check if there us any problem with your account.
