I am trying to get access to my band's page on Apple Music. I went through the process of submitting my application to get access but now I am going on three weeks that Apple has been 'processing' my file. I'm wondering if there's something wrong, or if my request was lost?

I assume you used iTunes Connect, as provided in here:

Not sure what the typical turnaround is supposed to be, but 3 weeks does not surprise me. If it gets too long, you can restart the request.
Hello. I accidentally claimed my artist profile “Astro_The_Dude under the wrong email address ( emitsimpson282@gmail.com) and am now having a hard time claiming it under the correct email address (spacecrewent2k20@gmail.com) For days now, it just says pending. Can someone help? I can provide any Security information necessary.
