I have a problem with old pass code phone

After my last update to 12.1.2 the phone wants to update my Apple ID, when I write my dates the phone wants phone passcode, But after that wants my OLD PASS CODE, with 6 numbers, which I don't know because I never had it. All my old passcode on my phone were with alfa beta and number.

Now I can't update my apple ID.

If I click on forgot password it's wants to delete my account

Can you help me please to update my ID
