coukd you please support me to solve my friend issue he can’t access to his iphone by his apple id so when he access he received message from you that is is his apple id incorrect.

Yes he saw activation lock many times but he failed to resign in to his apple id.
yes it’s used iphone,he has two iphones with same id & password.
yesterday on the night he tried to sign in but he received message includes his apple id incorrect.

Is your friend seeing an Activation Lock? Is this a used phone? Where are they trying to sign in?
