Visual Voicemail with eSim and Physical Sim not fully working

I have 2 plans active in my iPhone XS Max. However, the visual voicemail only works for my primary line and not for the secondary line. (I am getting an error while trying to set up my custom message in the secondary line). Is the visual voicemail supposed to work in both plans?

Voicemail is a carrier feature so your best bet would be to contact them and make sure your plan is set up to use visual voicemail.
