Bad Charge for an App

I got an email indicating that I bought two apps thru the "App Store". I did not order them. When I click on the link to cancel the order, I get warnings from Norton that the cancellation site may be a scam. How do I tell the truth?

Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support will help with that determination, and also provides a reporting method.
