I have an iphone 6 and running Itunes through microsoft windows on our laptop. For some reason it will no longer recognise my iphone. I have updated the phone and itunes. I have tried using different cables and different ports and I still get the error .
I have wasted so many hours trying to fix this.
Can anyone help? If not, how else can I get my new CD's onto my iphone?
