When trying to post a picture or video ONLY the camera roll shows up

no option to select the camera or video.

I have deleted and reinstalled the app and have turned the iPhone off and on.

When using an Android phone I have no problem but when using an iPhone after reinstalling and installing the app the Camera and Video options will show up only ONE time after I close the app and try again the two options are missing.

The Camera and Video options should be showing on the bottom of the picture I have posted. But instead it only shows the camera roll.
