Family sharing - cannot view or stream other family member purchased TV shows or movies from the TV app

Family sharing for TV shows and movies appears to be lacking streaming capability. In our family, most purchases have been purchased on one family members Apple ID but other family members cannot view or stream these purchases from the TV or Videos app. The only way to share this content appears to be through the ITunes store, select Purchased, change the family member and then download the movie or show. This is very time consuming and little children are not able to do this - it’s just too complicated. It also takes up too much space on the device.

Question - is there a way to stream other family member purchases easily - especially for young children.

If not - this needs to be added as a feature as otherwise family sharing just doesn’t work well enough and I have to log the children in ITunes under my Apple ID (where all the purchases are). However I also have a large family (4 children and two adults) with multiple devices each and the 10 device limit means I can’t even do this work around.
